“I first went to Fiona for nutrition advice when I was at an all- time low with my weight and body image. I have always struggled with the way I look, being so thin but I just thought it was who I am. It’s not like I don’t eat, right? Fiona’s first advice was to take a week’s food diary and turns out I didn’t really eat much at all. Our plan was to sort this and gave me some simple goals and within 2 weeks I felt great. I wasn’t tired, skin condition had improved and my mood was lifted. I have now joined a gym and have started to see real changes with my body but my biggest change has been with my mood and well -being.
