Find your comfort zone… then leave it.
Most people live most of their lives in their comfort zone. It’s familiar, it’s easy, it’s well..comfortable.
But guess where all the good stuff happens? The improved confidence, the change you’ve been looking for or the new skills. You’ve guessed it …. just outside your comfort zone.
It’s taking the leap and trying something new, it’s joining a group for the first time, it’s making a change to your daily habits, or maybe even stepping into the weights area in the gym 💪🏻
As with everything, it’s going to feel a bit unusual and uncomfortable to begin with, but how often have a you envisaged a situation being a lot worse than it actually was. Instead of thinking of all the bad things that could happen, think of all the benefits you’ll get from it. Before you know it this new activity will become part of your comfort zone and you’ll be looking for the next challenge to increase the size of your comfort zone.
